will donate 10% of the net proceeds up to a maximum donation of

Dress for Success®, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt not-for-profit
organization headquartered at 32 East 31st Street, New York, NY
10016, to be used in furtherance of the organization's mission: to
empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a
network of support, professional attire and the development tools
to help women thrive in work and in life (www.dressforsuccess.org) . Based on
anticipated costs and depending on the specific item(s) purchased,
we estimate that up to 1% of your pre-tax purchase price will be
donated to Dress for Success. During this period, Talbots will also
donate 100% of the Net Proceeds (up to $50,000) from sales of the
Talbots Gratitude Necklace to Dress for Success. Net Proceeds shall
